Boot Camp Fitness

Leon Fable from Specialize Fitness runs one of the best boot camps in Brooklyn. He helps build strength, lose weight, tone muscles, and save lives. He specializes in designing program, so from the first day of boot camp you will continuously learn different workout techniques. The boot camp classes start off slow from the beginning and increase gradually. We promise you will have fun, meet people and most of all lose weight.

What to expect after signing up

- Complete fitness appraisal test

Boot Camp F.A.Q.S

What type of people can I expect to meet at Specialize Fitness Boot Camp?
You'll meet individuals just like yourself who seeks discipline in an organized group. There will be people who want to change their life both physically and mentally and appreciate a good challenge.

What is a typical day at boot camp like?
That's hard to say, because every day is different. One day could be an endurance day; another could be a strength training day. At Specialize Fitness Boot Camp, we work to challenge every muscle in your body, from your fast-twitch to your slow-twitch muscle fibers, to keep challenging your body.

Will I be sore?
Yes. The first two to three weeks will be the toughest for your body to adjust to. However, once you acclimate to the program, you'll feel sore less often throughout the remaining six weeks. Remember, it's a good thing! We work on stretching, warm-ups, and cool-downs to help minimize the soreness.

When will I start seeing results?
Within the first week and sometimes within the first three days you will see some results. If you follow the program and nutrition guide with maximum effort, you can expect to see amazing results, such as increased muscle tone, inches lost, increased stamina, better sleep, faster metabolism (which burns the stored body fat), and most of all, the happiness that comes with being a healthier and fit person.

What items will I have to purchase?
We ask that you have an exercise mat, (not a yoga mat), a good pair of running shoes, a jump rope, and water.

Do you have a refund policy?
No, at this time we don't offer refunds. If you miss time due to business travel, vacation, or illness, we will be happy to credit that time toward your next boot camp session. However, we must be informed of your circumstances immediately. There is no monetary refund and this is non-negotiable. Individual boot camps work on a set schedule.

What happens when the eight weeks session ends?
On the last day of boot camp following the re-testing, we will reward you with a Specialize fitness boot camp certificate of achievement for your accomplishment and determination. You will also receive a 10% discount for the upcoming boot camp class.

After reading this brief information you will learn why it’s important to exercise daily. “An exercise is fitness veterinary medicine physical activity and movement, especially when intended to keep a person fit and healthy”. Exercise must be performed daily to burn calories, strengthen muscle and bones and to prevent diseases that are associated with not exercising. This term is call sedentary lifestyle. Sedentary lifestyle is a lot of sitting and correspondingly little exercise or no exercise. One of these diseases that can be the cause by the result of sedentary lifestyle is called Hypertension. “Hypertension is also known as high blood pressure, and it’s a health issue that affects over 60 million Americans. About 30% of American adults have high blood pressure, with the number increasing with age. The age range from a low of 2% for white women age 18 to 24, to a high 85% for black women age 65 to 74. Another disease that is associated with sedentary lifestyle is called Coronary Heart disease or cardiovascular disease. This disease accounts for more than half of the deaths each year in the United States and is our leading health problem that affects so many people lives”.

One of our goals is for all members to always have a trainer, so that they can start the right program from the first day of setting foot in the club. The trainer will continue to be there to push, and motivate members on their road to success. All members will be provided with nutritional and fitness classes so that they can be educated and learn more in depth about their health and fitness. Group classes will also be available for all members who feel comfortable working out in a group setting, or just there for the experience. Specialize Fitness will do their part to scout, interview and hire the most qualified individuals with the proper credential that best suits our mission. Trainers must first go through different stages before they are considered to be one of Specialize Fitness elite. Trainers will be required to provide accurate and precise information to all staff, members and clients. Specialize Fitness have an open door policy for all members. If any members have an issue about anything in the club, an appointment can be made to meet with the club manager. Specialize Fitness believes in putting the customers first, so if the customer does not feel comfortable with one of our elite trainers we will make an executive decision.
