Programs


 


Specialize Fitness has many programs/activities we conduct. Here's a list of a few of many programs/activities we provide:

Strength - The quality or state of being strong; capacity for extension or endurance.

Stretch - To extend (as one's limbs or body ) in a reclining position.

Power - To move with great speed or force.

Endurance - Performance, Duration; the ability to withstand hardship and adversity; the ability to sustain a prolonged stressful effort or activity (marathon).

Hypertrophy - Excessive development of an organ or specific part; increase in bulk (as by thinning of muscle fibers) without multiplication of parts.

Resistance - An act or instance of resisting (opposition); a means of resisting.

Abdominal's -The part of the body between the thorax and the pelvis; the cavity of this part of the trunk containing the chief viscera.

Stability - The quality, state, or degree of being stable; the strength to stand or endure fitness.

Sculpture - The action or art of processing by carving.

Boxing - The art of attack and defense with the fists practiced as a sport.

Focus - A center of activity, attraction or attention.

Ply metric - Exercise involving repeated rapid stretching and contracting of muscles (as by jumping and rebounding) to increase muscle power.

The meanings were provided so that you can get a direct feel of the activities, and zero in on your goals and what you would like to accomplish.

Here's a list of some of the things we conduct within each activities:

Program design, nutritional plan, body measurement, skin fold measurement, BMI (Body Mass Index) PNF passive stretch (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), pulse, blood pressure, flexibility test, muscular endurance test, stretch test, RM (Reps Max), sit up test, body fat and ideal weight, etc.
